Love your photos!! Looks like such a fun Memorial Day weekend! I agree I am totally jealous of anyone that can drive to the beach for the weekend!!! I have never in my life heard of it but of course now I am looking it up!

I would stick with Disney Am I a bad influence?? Free Dining it totally worth it.
But on the other hand it would be way cooler in November, I would not make any decisions until you see the next general public offer release! Maybe you will get FD for November!

I am going to stick with September... I had fun at the beach but not than much fun.. LOL. Now I am thinking about changing to POP, am I crazy? It's just cheaper to stay there then CBR and I am just not crazy excited about CBR like I normally would be about staying at a resort. URGH. I am so indecisive.

I think CBR looks very lovely. My best friend stayed there with her two kids last September and said she loved it but would not stay again because of the size. Maybe pay for preferred so that the issue of walking to the pool and food court. No matter what you decide you will have a great time.

I know what you mean, if AOA hadn't been blacked out, that is where I definitely would stay. I have had some tips on what building to request so hopefully that will work out for us! I considered POR too & looked yesterday and there are no more rooms! Maybe next time!

We would really consider POP. We visited it last trip and liked it. The biggest negative about it for us would be the size of the beds, but you have the same problem at CBR...

No matter where though staying on site at Disney in September is gonna be great!

Sounds like a plan. Disney is great with their pricing levels, the bonuses and perks make the next step seem totally worth it. In your case it totally is though. Someday the question may be whether to do Club Level at BC or not. Ahh someday.

I think I failed to mention that this will be my DH's birthday I think I also failed to mention that we were there these exact dates, last year...

What are your favorite counter services here? I know there isn't much to choose. Maybe eat before? Any suggestions? Any must do snacks??
Normally we do DHS in the morning but I really want to do Fantasmic this time so trying to get there a little later to avoid my children being in bad moods. Maybe squeeze in a nap in between AK and DHS.

Did anyone see about the ticket prices being increased? UGH. As much as I love Disney, we will probably take a break from it next year and do something different. Never thought I would say that but it is what it is. I can't believe I just said that, I hate that saying.

My friend got a PIN in the mail this past weekend that covers dates in October, November and December.. She didn't know why I got so excited about it. But non-Disney people just don't get it. LOL. She has only been twice and got a PIN. Why am I so unlucky?

Im on that site so often and ALWAYS registering for sweepstakes...I have NEVER received a PIN. Luuuuuuucky friend!

I've gotten a pin twice and was so excited...even though I knew I wasn't going to use them...LOL! It's just something about Disney reaching out to you "personally" that makes it seems special. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you get one!

Must do snacks for me at DHS are the Carrot Cake Cookie at Writer's Stop...OMG it is huge and amazing. Also the red velvet cupcake at Starring Rolls is fantastic. DH would say the turkey leg...but he would say that about every park!

We just found out today that my MIL wants to take her whole family for a mini-vacation to Kansas City over 4th of July weekend. She was bummed that we didn't do a family vacation this summer so wanted to at least do something. It's also my birthday that weekend so I think it will be a lot of fun!

Must do snacks, OMG too many. If you haven't tried school bread, that's one to try... if you like coconut.

Awe Marcie I didn't get a pin either. Not that it really matters we are going regardless....
CS in DHS is lacking big time. We ate at pizza planet last year, because my kids thought it was the best. This year we are doing 2 table service meals at DHS and skipping CS, grabbing a mid day recharge when we are back to our rooms for naps.

As for summer. We are just planning a lot of pool days and days at the spray park. Carter is still playing tball until the end of June. I think we are going to hit up the zoo this weekend and sometime in July go to one or our local kiddie amusement parks! Maybe a night of camping at one of those resort type campgrounds may be in the works LOL! How about you guys? Any summer plans?

We have vacation bible school coming up, Lawson turns 5 next month and we are having a pool party for him at my brothers, need to schedule some swimming lessons, probably take off a day from work and take the kids, or probably just the oldest to the small waterpark that is about an hour away and still trying to figure out how to squeeze in another quick beach get a way trip.
