HELLO! I am going to follow along with you!

We did a trip at the end of September with my Mom as well, we knew it would be her last as we lost her to Cancer in March. It is so hard to live day to day, and some days are harder then others, but we know we had some special times, and the magic we shared will never be forgotten!

I love the van, I had a Sienna a few years ago. I wish I could drive to WDW, but we are just to far! Its a 5hr flight direct!

Ohana is one of my favorites as well. There is a special place in this world for all of us that have all boys! I have 3, and it is a lot of fun, crazy, but fun!

it is difficult, and if you ever need to just talk, well I am someone who understands. its not everyday, but one special moment and then u remember she is gone and it hurts

Ft. Wilderness Cabins. Both of our recent trips...we stayed at Ft. Wilderness (2007 & 2009). Every time we think about trying a new place...we still make our reservations for the Cabins.

I think I failed to mention that this will be my DH's birthday I think I also failed to mention that we were there these exact dates, last year...

What are your favorite counter services here? I know there isn't much to choose. Maybe eat before? Any suggestions? Any must do snacks??
Normally we do DHS in the morning but I really want to do Fantasmic this time so trying to get there a little later to avoid my children being in bad moods. Maybe squeeze in a nap in between AK and DHS.

Did anyone see about the ticket prices being increased? UGH. As much as I love Disney, we will probably take a break from it next year and do something different. Never thought I would say that but it is what it is. I can't believe I just said that, I hate that saying.

My friend got a PIN in the mail this past weekend that covers dates in October, November and December.. She didn't know why I got so excited about it. But non-Disney people just don't get it. LOL. She has only been twice and got a PIN. Why am I so unlucky?

Anyone doing anything fun this summer?

DHS lacks in food (as you already know haha). We have eaten at Pizza Planet, which was such a waste, we left hungry and the pizza was "eh" at best. We did do Rosie's once, which was better than PP, I liked them because they were good with my daughter's food allergies, food wasn't bad.

I received the PIN for FD in the mail yesterday but the dates are too late in August for us. After we priced it out we saw we would only be saving an extra $100. So no big deal.

I finally joined up after just reading. I knew it was your pre trip report when I saw the title! It is sad but we have to remember all the fun times we had at Disney growing up. Remember what Mama said on the crosswalk when the lady was in the electric wheelchair?? That is going back old school to our trips to the World when we were kids. Mama and Daddy definitely put this addiction in our blood.

I love you and I am looking forward to helping you plan even though I am JEALOUS!! I am sad that our trip is not until summer 2014. Hayden actually asked me today when we were going back to Disney World. I told him Summer 2014.

I am working on Christopher so we can make a short trip before then. Until then, I am depending on you to get me through.

We have ate at Pizza Planet before too. Not last time but maybe the time before? Maybe that is what we will try again.

We have vacation bible school coming up, Lawson turns 5 next month and we are having a pool party for him at my brothers, need to schedule some swimming lessons, probably take off a day from work and take the kids, or probably just the oldest to the small waterpark that is about an hour away and still trying to figure out how to squeeze in another quick beach get a way trip.

They are not included we just thought 500.00 was not that bad to be where we knew we wanted to be..... we are emotional spenders obviously. I ran your numbers because I am a good friend like that I think it is 300.00 more for you to switch. I know it would probably be silly to go from a mod to a value esp for more money. We are nuts I am aware!

Sooooo.... Being the indecisive person I am, I have been thinking and thinking all weekend about going ahead and post-poning the trip some.. I know, I am nuts. I just thought about it all weekend and I would love to get a discount and go beginning of December/ end of November, maybe to see the Christmas lights and all but I know getting a discount is not guaranteed.

Then...... Began to think about waiting and going February or March..... Tax Returns = extra spending money! AHH I am driving myself crazy so I know you think I am. We would be able to go back to the beach for a weekend in August and still get to go to Disney...

However, Joe, He is "in the know" and posted this morning on discount codes and rates that we may see another free dining deal in the fall... that has me thinking that maybe we could wait until November... Another thing is, I am just not crazy about spending $182.00 for Halloween Party in September. Just doesn't feel right. I never thought I would ever be so ho-hum about Disney, Normally I am just jumping to go but I am just like whatever this time. Not normal....

Whatever you do,I'm sure you'll enjoy your trip. I would wait to see if you can get free dining later in the fall. I too have heard rumors of pins floating around for that. Maybe it'll get available to the general public at some point.

That's what they are thinking/saying. Either way, we're going, just need to be serious about dates.
I priced a Christmas trip just to see- it was like $600.00 more than September, no thank you.

Oh Marcie I feel your pain I am super indecisive as well! It is so tough to make decisions!!!
I think no matter when you go you will have a great time. What do you think is making you kind of whatever about the trip? Your resort, time of year? I think if you would rather go to the beach you should maybe that is where your heart is
