It's hard to believe it's almost finally here Marcie!!!! Don't even think about home stuff while you're away. There's plenty of time for that later. You've earned this break.

Haha, I'm heading to a haunted event as well! I actually went last weekend too but had so much fun, I'm going again.

I cant believe the trip is SOOOO close... I am so ready to get away with my three boys and just forget reality! Today would actually be my mom's 57th birthday so I am a bit down today. I also started a part-time job at an attorneys office, just to have a little bit of income until I can find something full-time. I also emailed my old law firm and asked if they would be willing to hire me back, part time. ( I left them to be closer to home when an opportunity arised and they understood why I was leaving) If I have to do two part-times, I'll do it.

We are heading out on Friday, hopefully by 5:00 p.m., and I am hoping to be in our Jacksonville hotel room by 9:00 that night so the boys will be tired and ready to go to sleep.

I am hoping to arrive at CBR by noon on Saturday, have lunch and explore the resort and get in some swim time! We have a ressie at 5:00 p.m. for 1900 Park Fair. I am so excited to meet the step-sisters!!

On a side note, does anyone know if you are allowed to use microwaves either at the resort or will they heat stuff up for you? Landen ( the baby) can be picky and he loves those Gerber Graduate meals.. Was thinking about bringing him a few... ​

Today is the day!!!

I have been a busy bee this morning.. Paying last minute bills, packing up everything, washing clothes, cleaning the house, you know, all the mom stuff.

Last night, I came across the Disney book my mom gave me last year before our trip

wherein she wrote an inscription on the front lap.. It says To Marcie, May this be the best trip of your life. Have fun and make lots of memories. I love you, Mom... Funny how you come across those things when you need them the most. I also pulled out our luggage and there was her luggage tag from last year, all filled out. I know she will be sitting right beside me watching the parades and putting her hand on my shoulder when my eyes well up watching my boys experience it all. I just really miss her.

DH is working today but should be home, hopefully by 3 to help me finish packing up the car. Pick up Laws from school and we will be on the way.. Maybe stop at Cracker Barrel to eat dinner since I got a gift card for there last weekend for my birthday.... Hoping to be at our hotel in Jax by 9-10 and pulling out by 9:30 in morning and hopefully pulling in CBR by noon... Oh yeah, non-disney people get on my last nerve.. We have all heard it, You're going to Disney again? UGHHHHH.... I want to scream... Are you going to the same beach again in June, like you always do? Okay, then. What is the difference?? Non-Disney people really just don't get it.

Well, I better carry on.. Big shoutout to Rob for staying along for the journey and a few others. I have 7,500 views but not so many comments but anywho- thank you guys for reading!! For now, I have a very important date. Pixie Dust Included!​

We are back, safe and sound! How I wish we were still there!

Saw two snakes at CBR, lost my sunglasses and DH's wallet ( but got them back) lots of meltdowns, two dole whips, have a huge bruise from falling as I got into zero entry pool at CBR ( ouch) first time seeing Beach Club ( definitely want to stay there someday), first Halloween Party and meeting the Seven Dwarfs and found a Hidden Mickey dress that I have been wanting that I thought was discontinued!! )All in all, had a good trip away from reality!

Will start a TR soon!!
