I love Joe's Crabshack located on 192. It's a fun atmosphere and has great food!

You should try Shells Seafood on 192 (the address is 3615 W. Vine) in Kissimmee. Shells is a chain but is a local Florida chain that was started in the Tampa area 20-25 years ago. Big local following and has been a favorite of frequent visitors to the Orlando area for years. The menu is at http://www.shellsseafood.com.

we always like to go to Boston Lobster Feast. Its not the best lobster you will ever eat, but its lots of fun and the service has always been great!

Kissimmee is generally located adjacent to and south of Disney property. It's the city that's just south of Orlando and Lake Buena Vista.
