SDD fastpass

My 60 day fast pass window opened this morning and I was starting to worry about a SDD fastpass! The earliest I could book it was day 5 of our vacation. That was supposed to be our 2nd Epcot day but now it is a split day....Epcot (morning and early afternoon) and DHS (evening). I had to have that FP as we took my son in 2017 before TSL opened. We rode it last year and loved it! I'm sure he will too.

I booked a 6 day trip this morning and couldn’t get the time I needed on day 4, but it was there. I got it for day 6 with no trouble at all. SDD is the toughest ticket get right now.

It is a tough ticket and I was worried that I was not going to be able to get it at all. I was already thinking about having to get in line right at park close and waiting to ride it that way (which I might do anyway to get a second ride).

Keep checking. We were able to modify our SDD FP the day of and picked up another one later in the day, so it does happen.

It's surprising how easy it can be the same-day to alter and get new FP+ for the popular rides.

I can understand not wanting to rearrange all your plans. We rearranged a little bit turning our 5th day into a split park day. Maybe you can snag a same day FP on your DHS day. Good Luck.

Right and I need to book FOP and 7DMT for 6 at the same time. The question is which to do first.

I'd do FOP although honestly, it's a close call. If you have to have specific times as I did on a couple of things, SDMT can be just as hard to get.

All of this is giving me no hope on our short 3 day trip with DHS the first day. I guess I will snag any Tier 1 at DHS and try for refresh for SDD. We rode it at rope drop last year, so maybe park close this year if refresh does not come through. We are only a party of 3, so there is hope.

The site I use to see availability consistently shows SDD at 60+2 and even at 60+3 times are spotty. Right now it shows 60+4. I wouldn’t expect to see anything at 60 days.

I scored 5 fastpasses day of (today) for SDD using refresh. I’ve had no problem getting other headliners day of using this method. The trick is to search for 1 or 2 together and overlap times. You need to be persistent in refreshing. It’s seems like I refresh for 10-15 minutes and get nothing, then all of a sudden several timeslots appear. Works every time.

I had four devices ready to get fast,passes. On two of them I had one day set and the other two I had the other most important day. I got the fast passes I wanted for each of those days, then got the most important ride on each of the other days , then filled I the rest of each day. I wanted FOP on two different days. We are doing EMM at Toy Story Land so I fortunately didn’t need Slinky dog. It worked though. Also one device was a galaxy phone and the fast passes opened up there faster for some reason. Good luck

I booked last week and was online right when the window opened. I went for SDD first and got it on 60+5 and the earliest was 2:45 PM.

I tried that in the past and it seemed I could only ever book a single FP at a time. And the most frequent choice would cause the other devices to lose their FPs.
