I recently heard you can meet Scrooge McDuck in AK in dinoland.

Does anyone know if he typically meets all day or only set times during the day?

It was basically all day, they set up some meet and greet spots for him and Launchpad in Dinoland.

DONALD’S DINO-BASH!
A “dino-tastic” celebration where Donald Duck takes over Dinoland, U.S.A. to celebrate his recent discovery that ducks are descendants of dinosaurs. Feathered friends Scrooge McDuck and Launchpad McQuack and other friends of Donald will be on hand to meet guests. In addition to bringing his own decorating touch to the land, Donald will throw a nightly dance party where everyone is welcome to “shake their tail feathers.” Character meets are 10:30am-4:30pm for Chip and Dale, 12:30pm-4:30pm for Pluto and 10:00am-5:30pm for Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Goofy at Dino-Rama, Launchpad McQuack and Scrooge McDuck. The "Dino-Riffic Dance Party!" is 5:00pm-8:00pm.

Just here to add that we met him on a 10/10 crowd day over spring break with a really short wait. Like 10-15 min in the middle if the day. It's a fun meet and apparently not very popular.

It's a super fun meet for sure. I did it on a lower crowd day and I waited 30 minutes. I think it just varies depending on who is there that day. Scrooge is one of my favorites, DuckTales was my favorite cartoon growing up.

The last time I was down for Christmastime was three years ago and Uncle Scrooge met with Daisy and Donald during the MVMCP in the circus area. It was fun!
