I think I'm going to copy and lift some of those for my DsS... I'm like 18 years behind in his book that HAS to be done by May 28th, 2010 the day of his graduation! He is more thrilled about having his LIFE in pages b/c I'm the only member of the family that takes photos of all his events. When he got initiated into the National Honor Society.. I was the only parent w/ a camera for him... ;( So sad, that it happens..but at least we know who was taking photos and his dad was there...

That's my situation too. I'm always the only family photographer/historian. I made an album for my oldest DsD when she graduated high school last year. She was 10 when I met her, and the number of photos I had of her before age 10 fit on a 2 page spread. After age 10 - a whole album! I know she'll appreciate having that as she gets older. Even her mom begrudgingly called to tell me that it was a beautiful album.

Let me know if you need ideas for your DsS's book - there'd be some differences for boy vs girl but some ideas might apply to both.

Thanks NEE! I'll take you up on that offer!!! I'm going to contact some of his friends via my DD (his sister) and get them to give us some photos and some background (good and bad, no punishment will be handed out) of the events.. I'm not stupid.. I know he has done stuff he isn't supposed to.... now, if he gets caught...that is a whole different ballgame on the punishment (NO, not promoting bad behavior; but all kids test their limits!)

Sorry, my kids were helping me sort late last night and pulled items out and I didn't get names.. I apologize!!!!
There will be more later this week... I'm on a mission to finish our 2004 trip this weekend.. as I need to finish our 2008 trip before our 2010 trip! Our 2008 trip has over 3600 photos I need to dwindle down a bit!
ETA: I also will have some 8 x 8 pages done this weekend for Flat Stanley's Disney trip w/ DIT and family!!!! I have the elements pulled...

I'm tweaking some of the elements to give them a bit more depth....(color matching!)... for the Flat Stanley pages! I can't wait to show DS8 and for him to take it to school soon! I've got tons of photos.. I'm awaiting Brooke's still...(but she has them in the mail)...

I've hoarded my stash long enough.. time to use them... I'm pulling things out for 2008's trip..and than the ones I want for 2010...and than the list of things I will need to make!

OMG! He was our first character meet.. We got to AK as the rope dropped our first full day is always AK... LOVE THAT PARK... out in the front right before the gate, to your right is the little tree line...character meet greet!! He was so fun!!! He has very good interaction with the kids and loved on DD and picked "bugs" out of her hair! She was mortified!!!!

I love love love these! Is there a detailed picture of the title for Camping Out for Autographs?
