Scrapbook Glossy Finish - any know the name of the product

There is a product out that makes scrapbooking items look glossy with a hand painted looked. Does anybody know the name of this product and perhaps what stores or online stores have it?

Thanks for the link, that product makes the item appear 3-d....I printed off some stickers and I just need something to give them a glossy look. I have never done embossing and not sure if that's what I need to do or if there is some other product that I can just spray on.
