Wow - that was quite a walk! This was a fantastic photo opportunity - both for you and to share with us. I've never seen them all strung together - what a great way Disney landscaped and decorated all the areas.

it was a fun walk. I took my time and really tried to take it all in.

LOVED your stroll through AoA and Pop! DH and I did Pop..it was peaceful, AoA wasn't opened yet..sorry about the obnoxious kid though!

They are. If Vinny can stay at POP and love it anyone can.
It is good for a cheap stay when out of points.

It is true of them not having manners but you need to respond back so they don't think they got away with it.

This morning did not start off to good. I woke up not feeling well. I think I was just worn out by now. I told Vinny to go to a park with Aubrey and I would sleep a little and then Ryan was going to bring me to Walmart. We needed a new hamper as I broke the other one.
I have no pics of them at a park except for these that he had done on Photopass.

And that is it from them. LOL

Around noon Ryan drove me to Walmart and we also stopped at one of those discount gift shops. I wanted a Disney towel and did not want to pay Disney prices. I got one of the Fab 5. Unfortunately no pic as it is in Florida in our purple locker.

Then we drove back to Disney. Here is my pic of the arch.

Then we pulled up to here.

Then we parted ways. I had to meet Aubrey and Vinny for a late lunch. Where were you meeting you ask? Well here.
Afternoon Tea at Grand Floridian.

Aubrey knows how to sit for tea.

I love the warmers they give you.

Scott:
Buckingham Palace - Our traditional tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts complemented by fresh strawberries and cream, or a selection of freshly baked pastries, along with your choice of tea. $23.00 per guest.

Vinny:
Prince Edward's Tea - A delicious array of duck and cherry terrine, chicken and pork roulade, country pate en croute, and , and English Blue Stilton, the "King" of English cheeses. Served with marinated fresh berries, and Cumberland sauce. We then offer our delicious fresh-baked scones served with rich Devonshire cream. Your choice of our tea with a glass of our Fonseca Bin 27 Character Port. $24.50 per guest. Cockburn 20 yr Tawny Port $2.00.

Aubrey had the same as me.

As for the tea themselves I have no clue. I know I had a rose infused one. It was good.

I love this place. It was our second time going and we really wanted to bring Aubrey as it is a different experience.
The total for us was $72.76 with the TIW 20% discount and the tip added.

Then we left.

Then we went outside as they had just opened the splash area.

Then we went back inside.

And heading out the door to catch the monorail.

Then we jumped on the bus.

We went back to the resort and I guess I either swam or slept. Next up in the photos are the following as we walked to our dinner choice.

Surf and Surf Burger - Crab Cake topped with fried Popcorn shrimp, tomato, lettuce, and cajun reoulade on a brioche bun served with coleslaw or house-seasoned fries $10.29

I think I had brownie bites for dessert.

Vinny:
Mongolian Grill Beef Stir Fry - with basmati or multigrain rice and choice of one side $11.49

And that was the last photo of the night. Now I loved my burger. It was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.
I am not so sure if Vinny did being we have a receipt for 2 hours later for cheese pizza, cheesecake and OJ. I know I did not eat that so I can assume he did.

And with that our day 10 ended.

really nice walk around the resort scott, i have to add, that the cozy cones are as comfy as they look at the pool, we really enjoyed sitting in those while there.

glad you liked the burger/ surf and surf...i heard many mixed reviews on it.

i did not get it as i have never had a crab cake and not sure if i would like it so didnt wnat to use a credit and not like it.

but thanks for your review might have to try it now in the future.

OK I caught up again.

The Granf Floridian Cafe looked good, especially that dessert.

Loved the pics of POP and AOA. I am leaning towards POP for December. I really need to decide.

Aubrey is very cute and Vinny looked like he enjoyed spending time with her.

I love the Afternoon Tea. I don't drink hot tea but the coffee is really good.

My laptop died today so only have my phone and tablet till I get a new one in a week or two. I cannot post from them for a full update so the next update is going to have to wait. I do hope when you post you come back. I should be able to read your reports on my tablet so that is good.

And that was my last photo of the night. That photo was taken at 12:30am. So I had a 2 hour walk around the resorts and it was peaceful (even with obnoxious teen) and I really enjoyed it. I can see why Memom walks around in the mornings when she is there.

The pro is that you can get pictures with no people in them. The con is that the lighting is not good. Still, it is nice to walk around in the morning and watch a dark, quiet Pop slowly come to life and work itself into another bustling day. You got some nice shots!

Hope you get a new laptop soon. Mine 'glitches' on a regular basis. I am thinking of going ahead and getting a new one when my income tax comes in, because I'm thinking this one is not far away from dying out completely. Gotta have a 'puter!

Great pictures - enjoying all of them especially the GF ones. We have never had a meal here or tea/desserts.

Also - appreciate the Pop (any value resorts) pictures - have never stayed at any of the values or even passed by. Will have to add them to our list of places to visit - one at a time
