Not only do you pay for tequilla in Epcot, but you also pay for a BUG in it?!!!!!

that is not tequila...........it is mescal or mezcal..........tequila is a type of mescal made from the agave plant.............true mescal is made from the maguey plant which is a form of agave. as for the bug? no thanks

Mezcal is also where the idea of there being worms in tequila came from. No tequila should have a worm, and only some mezcals do. In a twist, the worm is the larva of a bug that can infest agave and maguey plants, and finding one is supposed to indicate that they made and bottled it poorly - but then it became a marketing gimmick.

I know how they're made, and it doesn't bother me becasue all I see is the finished product that shows no proof of how they were made....a visible scorpion however....
