Scooter bug did not come through ... I did get response from WDW guest service

The main problem with the other company are. You must be there for picks up‘s and drop off’s. So you must arrange your flight so you fit into scoter company’s schedule. No departure flights. 9 am scoter pick up. 11 to 12 Am flight home. May not make early flight

Depends on the company, Gold Mobility picks up and drops off on your schedule, although right now only between 7 AM and 7 PM.

We have had them pick up the night before when we had an early flight. But in all fairness that flight was at something like 4 AM in the morning......never again on that one.

We've rented from Apple (Orlando) several times... most recently this past October, and never had any issues with them.

Same here. We just rented from them in Feb. and had no issues at all. They even met me at my room. I had requested a captains chair because it is easier on my back and he didn't have one on the truck so he brought one in under an hour and swapped out the seat on the one he had brought me earlier. I have never had an issue with them at all. The only problem I had with the scooter was scaring the bus drivers because the power dropped going up that ramp so I had to go faster than turtle then drop the speed when I got to the top. I told them about it when they picked it up and the guy knew exactly what was wrong and said they would adjust it before it went to the next person. He pulled a repaid tag out of his pocket and attached it right then and there. They are wonderful people to work with.

With Gold Mobility.their service for me was more convenient than if the scooter were left for me because I could ask questions. They texted me about when I arrived at MCO to estimate my arrival time at my resort. When DME dropped me off, I sat on the nearest bench and texted them. A few minutes later they arrived. For my departure, we agreed on a time for them to pick up my scooter, then I waited for DME to pick me up (again on the nearest bench, about 15 minutes). This last time, I called an Uber as soon as they left with my scooter. Gold Mobility has been super convenient like this the 3 trips I've used them.
 

Apple scooters is actually rated worse than any of the others right now. I know it sounds like out here on the west coast they won't reopen, not sure if they are still operating in Florida, I know a lot of companies there didn't survive either.
Did not have a positive experience with Apple last rental 2 yrs ago they may have changed
