Sci-Fi Lunch & B&C on the DDP

I am on DDP when I go in Summer...

I have booked a few more TS than I have credits...

Which of these 2 would be the best use of a DDP TS credit?

Lunch at Sci-Fi (I have a 12pm ADR, bearing in mind I have a 6.10pm ADR for 50sPT)

OR

Lunch ar Beaches and Cream (thinking of going there around 1pm, have an ADR at TTS at 8pm - REALLY want to get the No Way Jose whilst there)


I just want to get the most bang for my buck really? I would rather use it for Beaches & Cream, since I think it will be too much food on the MGM day. BUT can you get a sundae as a dessert on the DDP? Namely, No Way Jose?

Beaches and Cream is one of the worst values on the Dining Plan. I'd sooner pay cash for that meal and use the TS credit somewhere else.

No Way Jose is okay on the Dining Plan.

i was looking at the menu there, and as far as prices, I saw that it was a very poor use of TS credits - their burger prices are comparable to CS prices - $9.89 for their double burger.

That said, I think if you WANT to go there for one of your TS meals, then go for it.

We are definitely planning to hit the place for the ice cream...we will just pay OOP for those. We have a few non-park days scheduled (14 nights w/ 10 day hopper) so we are going to do that one afternoon - just for the ice cream

At both we were planning on having:

Sci-Fi: Burger & Chicken Burger

B&C: 2xBurger & 2xSundaes

But if we were using the TC credit somewhere, we would take full use of it ie. getting app, main & dessert I feel it's better than using it for a CP/CM brekkie

Beaches and Cream is a ton of food so you can easily share. The appetizers (such as caeser salad or chili were enormous. Or one person can use a TS and get everything while the other person just orders entree. We also paid OOP for DS10 to have a children's meal. A burger is a burger, and even with a kids meal, he was too full for desser.
