The atmosphere looks cool and I am fairly certain my 11 and 13 year-olds will enjoy it. My DH is a little finicky with food (hates cheese, butter, anything creamy) and I am not seeing a ton on the menu for him. We are staying CL so planning on eating breakfast in our resort, then could only get ADR for Sci-fi at 2:45 pm, so not a good time at all
Figured if nothing else opens up earlier before our trip, we would either cancel, or plan on just snacks and then lunch being our main meal, light dinner back at the resort. I guess my question is, if I am unable to secure a better time, more around lunch, is it still worth doing at 2:45 for the experience? Other option is to look for a dinner opening instead but not sure we want to spend all day at HS and wait around for dinner there.

It's a must do now.
. We took a larger group of rather picky eaters (only eat simple American foods) to Sci-Fi a couple years ago, and everyone really enjoyed their meals. We stuck with burgers, onion rings, and milkshakes and it was a crowd pleaser for us. I for one, appreciated the quiet reprieve from the extended family as they were engrossed in the movie clips!!! It was a win win for us. I hope you enjoy it!
