Scat Cats at POFQ

Has anyone been to the new Scat Cats lounge since it opened? Is it worth making the trip over for it? DH is a big fan of jazz music so I thought it might be fun to check it out. We'd have dinner at DS then take the boat to POFQ for the evening. Thanks in advance!

I stopped in the other day for a beignet. It didn’t seem like anything special to me.

If I was around, I'd definitely swing by. It's so new and people are pretty upset about them getting rid of the previous entertainers that I'd like to check it out for myself.

I went there the day after it opened. (I was staying at Riverside.)

This visit was my first time to either Port Orleans resort, so I can't compare it to the previous club/restaurant. It looked a little bare to me. Like maybe the decision to switch locations was last minute. Or maybe the opening was pushed up.

Greatly enjoyed the entertainment though, and the service and drinks were good. I thought the beignets were absolutely disgusting if you've ever had the real thing. Didn't try any of the other food.

Overall I thought this was an excellent bonus to staying there and I would go back.
