Nancy, I have walked along with you, at WDW, remember? When you walk you really move. I could hardly keep up. Good for you getting in such a long walk today.
Kelsie, I'm really happy and proud for you. I know weekends are just very tough for you but it sounds as though you were totally determined and motivated and you did great!
John, your continuing success doesn't surprise me one bit!
Bean, you are so busted! Okay, I guess I'll let you get away with sneak weighing (again).
Sounds like you did just fine without me hanging over your shoulder this weekend, sweetie. Good job
Princess V, I'm so glad the weekend was better for you and very happy that you are feeling better about yourself. I'm proud of you. Hang in there.
blanq, I am in awe. You managed to serve ice cream and pie and didn't even taste a crumb? Way to go! I hope you are very proud of yourself, because I'm certainly proud of you.
Rosemary, {{{HUGS}}} sweetie. Sounds like you stumbled a little but it also sounds like you are in complete control now. You are going to do fine tomorrow. We won't worry about the past because we can't change it. Let's just worry about one day at a time. Tomorrow is day 1 of induction for you, I don't doubt that you will do just great. Good luck!
Lynn, sugar is so sneaky, isn't it? It just sneaks into to all manner of ordinarily safe foods. Well, tomorrow is day 1 on induction for you and I know you're going to do great. Good luck.
I had a road trip. Spent two nights in Louisville and I did pretty good except I didn't use the work out room
However, my eating was totally on plan, didn't eat any sneaky carbs. I did have a diet coke and rum at dinner last night. It was a birthday celebration, my son is now 28 years old and we all had a celebratory drink.
I like Louisville. It's a nice city. I'm glad to be back home again, though.
