Just watched that movie...again! Nobody can do it like Travolta! Guess growing up with that music made me a little nostalgic! Still love the Bee Gees!!!

I'll be 27, but I love the Bee Gees... as a child, I used to be woken up by the Bee Gees on my parents stereo every Sunday morning!

And SNF is one of the GREATEST movies ever!

I watched it a few weeks ago with my 14 Y.O.

She couldn't believe that I BEGGED my mom to go see it, since it was rated R, and that I wasn't allowed to go see it will the PG version was released.

The opening scene with Travolta walking down the street carrying the paint can...ah.

I was 12 when it came out in 77 and my parents would not let me see it.

I love the music and dancing in that movie SO much I finally bought the DVD 2 years ago.. I would LOVE to show it to my DGD - she would be mesmerized by Travolta's dancing - but due to the "content" of the movie, it's going to have to wait a few years..

I also downloaded the music from that movie on a CD, so when I really need to get "pumped up" and get things done quickly (packing; cleaning; etc.) I use that music as my "motivator"..

I love that movie. It brings back such memories to me, because I grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, where most of the scenes take place.
