Santa at WDW

We are not attending MVMCP (too many small, small kiddos), but I would love a Santa photo op of my boys at WDW. I know downtown disney has one, what are the details? Long wait? Also What about Epcot? Isn't Santa in the US pavilion? We can monorail from our hotel so I would prefer the Epcot experience versus the bus system. Thank you!

Yup Santa is in America. His is pretty long, but he is a good santa.
