Last year we didn't know about Santa at DTD. When we got there all of the pagers were gone. Can you make an reservation to have time with him or is it first come first serve? what time do you have to get there in order to make sure your get a pager? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

2. Impossible to answer.
The schedule for Santa (or Santa Goofy) changes with the date.
Like anything at WDW, some guests will line up early.

You can find last year's schedule with a Google search.
We know nothing of this year's schedule.
