Ok food nerd alert.

I got to meet Sandra tonite at a book signing and she was so very very sweet! She showed up with snacks!(meatballs in a crock pot!) and DRINKS!

She was so nice to both myself and my daughter. It was exciting for a foodtv addict like me!
I bought her family meal book. Not bad for a Monday night!

That is so cool. I just love her cooking, as well as her story. She really is an inspirational person.

That's so cool! I like her. I love her tablescapes and that she always has a cocktail recipe on her shows.

You know I wasn't a real fan until I saw her Chefography and she won me over!

She was funny tonite too(I couldn't stay for Q&A darn kids) but when she was signing my book her publisher handed her a mint and then she asked "Oh NO! Does my breath stink?" Then went on to say "oops it's because there are kids here and Aunt Sandy has had a margaritta!" And I told her that's why we love her!

She was pulling people into the little book store to keep them warm. I was so happy for my little book store! The place was packed and everyone was having so much fun.

I am a sucker for a book signing. And she was GREAT!
Oh and she decorated the table with her crock pot- it had little Nutcrackers and a red table cloth- some lamps so cute!

I like her. Some of her recipes are so easy that you just got to love them. Her tablescapes are wonderful. I never do anything close to that though.

I really like her but I find myself worrying about her. She seems to like her cocktails ALOT!!! Every show it seems she is hanging on until she can have her cocktail. And every episode she has a cocktail.

That's awesome! She isn't my FAVORITE but I do like her. My 8yr old even says "Uhoh, she's ready for cocktail time!" But if I didn't know that was her in the picture, I wouldn't have recognized her!

I hate her recipes - she is such a fraud as a chef. But she does seem to really like the hooch, I mean cocktails.

I love those guys in that store. Harvey was so serious last night. We go there all the time. I love all the book signings they do.

I'm so glad you posted a photo of you! Now I know who to look for when I am in town! You are beautiful!

I didn't take a photo. (forgot my camera doh!) But I was there with my 11 year old daughter who was wearing a GOLD jacket.
