I've been reading dining reviews/reports and I came across someone who had the deluxe plan and ordered it. If you look in dining reviews I believe it's the one where someone turns 21.

They have a couple of different bread service options. The one with like 10-12 different sauces/toppings is not included, the smaller one is.
