I have a friend who's going to Disney for the first time ever next month. He has reservations at the same restaurant every night for dinner. I told him I thought that was crazy, since he doesn't even know if he'll like the restaurant, let alone if his whole family would, and that's putting all of his eggs into one basket.
I would never plan to eat at the same place every night, I'd get bored with even my favorite restaurant after a couple nights. But to plan to eat at the same place without even knowing if you'll like it, just seems like a horrible idea to me.
Does anyone see any logic in this plan? Because I don't. And I'm really trying to understand what his thinking was with this.

. If he has dinner at his resort each night, he will have to "travel" back if he is still at the parks. Will he go back for fireworks, etc? Doesn't he realize there are places to eat within the parks that are NOT at his resort?
