I was wondering....for those of you who have used the salon for a manicure/pedicure or hair, what are your thoughts? How are the prices, quality, etc.?

Thanks!

Last year I got a haircut on the cruise and I wsa very happy with it. It was equal in cost to what I pay for a good haircut at home. My friend had an "updo" for dinner at Palo's on the Wonder 4 day cruise and only paid $25. She was thrilled with it.
I also got the combo facial/massage. The price is about the same in a good spa at home. I still use their products-order them through the internet and love them. They did a spa tour on the day of departure so you could see all the services available.

This year the 7 day cruise so will probably have my hair done for formal night.
Have fun! :earsgirl:

I did a pedicure once...very nice, but about the same as I can get at home, so now I stick to the seaweed wrap, which is not offered around here, and the absolute face & body, which is decadently wonderful. But if you want to pamper your tootsies, the pedicure is a nice experience (personally, instead of that, I add reflexology to my massages on board).

I got the teen treatment which consits of nails and facial...the facial was good but the nails were not as well done...i came back on a sun and my nails were already chipped from that wed. It was nice when you got it done but as someone else said, i could of gotten the same thing done at home. My mother had i think just a massage and she said that it was fantastic! it was like $69 i think for the manicure peticure and facial (teen package). They only offered the teen package the 1st two nights i believe.

Where did you buy their spa products online. I had the pedicuare, manicure andI also did the absoulte face and body. I went all out on that cruise, but you only live once. Plus it was worth it!

The address for their products is www.timetospa.com I love their skin care products. I plan to stock up while on my Oct. cruise to save shipping charges, although they aren't outragous.

I had a manicure last week. I'm really rough with my manicures, and this one has lasted me as long as any that I've ever had, if not maybe even a tad longer. Rachel was the girl who did it, and she was excellent.
