salad recommendations

I haven't had it yet, but I'm looking forward to trying the Heirloom Apple Salad at the Grand Floridian Cafe in a few weeks! (Organic Baby Lettuce, Heirloom Apples, Sharp Cheddar, Pecan Brittle, and Crispy Prosciutto with a Honey-Apple Vinaigrette)

The French Quarter House salad is yummy. Can’t wait for them to reopen. The Cobb salad at Big River Grille (Boardwalk) is really good as well

I like QS salads for lunch. On our April trip, I got the Southwest salad at Pecos Bill (MK), the Harbor Salad at Tomorrowland Terrace (MK), and the Southwest Salad at Backlot Express (HS). The salads do tend to be on the small side though...

Those look better than expected. Years ago I had the salad at Backlot, and it was pretty much worthless iceberg. I will have to give it a try again.

Most of the counter service salads have mixed greens now, except the Caeser salad at Pinocchio (didnt get last trip...Caeser is just boring as a lunch salad.) which is romaine. Most had vinaigrettes on them, Pecos Bill they gave me a chipotle ranch dressing packet to use. I find the Greek salad at Cosmic Rays (got in August) way too salty due to the contents...feta, pepperoncinis, kalamata olives, and dressing. I seem to remember the Mediterranean salad at ABC commissary is also a bit salty, but comes with hummus and flatbread, which I enjoy. The salads are all pretty small, but tasty! You can see most ingredients/pics on the mobile order part of the app.

Primo Piatto (quick service at Riviera Resort) has some good salads. Beautiful resort. Fun skyliner trip from EPCOT or DHS (or other resorts on the skyliner).

Tuna Nicoise: seared Rare Tuna on Crispy Greens tossed with Potatoes, Hard-boiled Egg, and a Dijon Vinaigrette.

Greek: crispy Greens tossed with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Chickpeas, Olives, and Feta finished with a Vinaigrette Dressing
