Thought I would stop in and say Hello! I read and am caught up. Just confused on one little tiny thing though......

people cook on vacation, the horror!!!

We cook at our cabin in Maine all the time, so when we are at Disney I refuse to cook as I can never get Mickey to come to our room
This mama needs her character meals

Yay! Was pricing some stuff out, and realized I can stay at AKL for the last night of my trip and it will be the same as what I'm paying altogether for Pop. Its only the one night, but I'll finally get to stay at the one hotel I've always wanted to stay at, so worth it in my opinion! Now to just get the money to put down the deposit for that one night's stay, lol.

We have had a very sad event in our family. My DH's cousin (who he was very close to) passed on Tuesday night. She was young and had cancer in the past. The family all thought it was in remission. She is/was a very private person and did not share with even her mother how badly she was doing. She left two kids and a husband, as well as a very big extended family which is having great difficulity with this. My DH is so upset. We have lost DH's mom, dad, uncle, another uncle and now dear sweet cousin in less then a year! Anyway, needless to say we have been very busy this past week.

That's my motto aswell!

There's nothing wrong with it, just something I refuse to do, but I am a bit spoiled and hey I could do a hamburger every night and still be happy. Hope I didn't offend anyone, it was tongue in cheek/

Don't worry i wasn't offended! I'm actually slightly embarassed with just how fussy my boyfriend's family are with cooking on holiday, but it's there 'thing' so i just 'go with the flow' sorta thing.

We rented a cabin in Lubec one year and I loved cooking in it. In fact, I wanted to trade that cabin for my house.
