I know this is out there some where-just can't find it! For those who have stayed in the updated CR, are the bathrooms really that bad- as far as being able to store your stuff and being not very functional? Does anyone have some pics? We are a family of 5 & I am not gonna like having to dig out toothbrushes and soaps every time someone needs it. Is there at least room for this kinda stuff?

Also, can you burn candles (at any resort) without the smoke think going off?I love my Circle E candles and would like to bring a small one just to get that homey feel! But I don't want to fire dep. coming out Also, to pack a candle, should I ship it ahead in the box I am sending, or can it go through the airline in a suitcase? I know somebody here has done it and can tell me the right way to do this.TIA!!

The sinks in combination with the lack of shelf space in the bathroom can be a problem, however everything else at the Contemporary Resort is great! I mean how much time do you really spend at the sink on your vacation? Have fun you will LOVE the CR!

there is a little bit of room to store under the sinks, and theledg earound them allows for a few things, although it does make it appear cluttered. Also, they removed the little vanity from the water closet area

I'm not a believer in this item since it's just the wife and I but other have used the over the door shoe organizer for all their stuff, especially a family of 5, this would be ideal, everything at hand, see thru, toiletries for all to find. Kind of keeps the little shelf clear, I, personally have a travel toilet kit, hangs by a hook on the towel rod, everything at hand, use it and put it back, no looking for anything.

As it was mentioned there is some room under the sinks, which means you just got to be a bit creative. So I would try not to worry about it to much and have a great time staying at the Contemporay.

Yeah, that was one of the very few criticisms I had of the CR... no bathroom counter space. For a family of five it's hard to keep everything organized. I do have a toiletry kit that hangs up, which was helpful. I used a washed-out glass to hold all our toothbrushes and toothpaste handy. However, being someone who uses a lot of face creams and stuff every night, it got to be a pain to dig through the bags for those. I ended up placing a hand towel across one sink and putting all my stuff out to make it easier. My daughters are too young to need make-up storage and stuff now. I can only imagine that would get a bit tight!

In the W.C. (the separate room with the toilet) there is a large amount of unused space we used to store suitcases-- we just nested all of them inside the largest bag.

I want you to feel my pain, our upcoming trip we'll have our two DDs 11 & 13, & the older one's BFF, also 13. Imagine how many CHI's, makeup bags and bottles of shampoo we'll have
