Subbing! Your trip sounds fabulous so far!
I am currently training to run a 5k on Mother's day. It's the Race for the Cure and it benefits breast cancer. I am NOT a runner, but I think that I have been doing pretty good so far! I have been loving it. So, I have a couple questions! Do you have any tips?! I know that a lot of people do different things to prepared, so I wanted to know if you ate a special diet leading up to the race or if you ate something specific before you ran. I am really looking forward to doing it. If i can complete it (which shouldn't be a big problem, hopefully
) I want to do a the Disney Princess Half or the W&D Half. I'm nervous about that because that is a lot longer than my 5k. Was that hard for you to train for!? Thanks in advance for the advice!
