Ok, I just provided articles with actual data supporting my statements today. Now let's see your data to proves otherwise?
I am sure some people are, but Star Wars is not the merchandizing juggernaut that many people believe it is. A quick walk down your local Walmart toy section will tell you all you need to know about this. My Walmart has a two complete isles of Nerf guns and other nerf related products. They have one small 8'x8' bay of star wars related toys.Well I am still buying plenty of Grogu crap LOL...
You are missing out as Rogue One is by far the best Star Wars content done in the Disneyfied Star Wars era.I've never even seen Rogue One and I thought Andor was excellent.
I am indeed thinking of watching it while I have Disney+, based on all the positive comments about it on this forum. You are missing out as Rogue One is by far the best Star Wars content done in the Disneyfied Star Wars era.
It's the closest thing to real Star Wars (Lucas's original vision) that they have made to date.
It's really good you will enjoy it.I am indeed thinking of watching it while I have Disney+, based on all the positive comments about it on this forum.

Andor cost $20M per episodeLook guys and gals, he's got us. We should just fold up Star Wars as a franchise now since it's not as popular as it previously was. Which one of you controls Lucasfilm? Go ahead and close it all down.
I really don't care if it's not as popular. I'm enjoying it. Andor was great. A lot of great TV shows aren't massively popular. I applaud Disney for taking the risk to make it. I'm looking forward to Ahsoka because I loved Rebels. Disney will still put out Star Wars content. Some of it will hit, some of it will fail. Not everything has to be the best thing ever beloved by everyone. I don't understand why it's so important to you.
After Rogue One came out on Blu Ray, my husband and I did a Rogue One/ANH double feature and wow, that was cool. I’d be interested in binging Andor, then doing Rogue One/ANH again.I would recommend waiting until Andor Season 2, then watching Rogue One immediately after. That will be a cool experience.

You act like this matters to me. It doesn't. Lots of art loses money. Disney wanted to tell a mature, adult story that wasn't about laser swords and the Force. It was about what leads people to rebellion. If Disney was worried, they wouldn't have green lit season 2. It has a finite ending after season 2.Andor cost $20M per episode
Yellowstone cost $20M per episode
Based on viewership, which TV series is the better investment for its production company?
Oh yeah - I've done that back to back. Literally seconds pass between Rogue One and A New hope.
Such a good idea, it was def. my plan to at least watch Rogue 1 again after Andor Season 2After Rogue One came out on Blu Ray, my husband and I did a Rogue One/ANH double feature and wow, that was cool. I’d be interested in binging Andor, then doing Rogue One/ANH again.

Brian, are you saying that Season 2 will lead directly into the events of the movie?I would recommend waiting until Andor Season 2, then watching Rogue One immediately after. That will be a cool experience.
Perhaps you should send him a letter so he can address your concerns. Flops happen. Eventually they won't. You really seem set on this doom and gloom persona.I am fine with it not mattering to you. I am not fine with it not mattering to Iger. The Disney stock price stinks currently, and Lucasfilms has had financial flop after flop lately.
Do you mean to tell me you are this vocal about everything on here and don't even invest in DIS Stock?
that is my understanding as well, that it sets up Rogue 1 pretty much right away. I believe it skips ahead a couple of years in Season 2 start of AndorBrian, are you saying that Season 2 will lead directly into the events of the movie?
