I think what will be critical is its reset ability. It has run run more than once per night. Even at twice it's only equals 1 Fantasmic show...

But I for sure think once Avatarland finally opens they will have big disbursement issues and we could see it come into play then.

And imagine what DHS is going to look like down the road? It will make TSMM look like a cake walk.

I would 1000% book the Tiffins Show Package. It's a deal even without a show, unless they decide to up that one, highly possible. We loved Nomads!! Will for sure go back there. Loved all the entertainment and tree projections. Beautiful park at night!

We are expecting the Tiffins dinner package to be 2 TS credits, right? What makes it a deal? I really want to eat there, but not for 2 credits LOL

If the package is like the F! package, it will include an app, main, dessert and show passes. If you just dined there without a package, an app and show passes wouldn't be included.

How could they even offer dining packages when they have already booked so much of the capacity in these restaurants? I wouldn't be surprised to see them hold off on dining packages until after it's been running a bit. I really don't see them converting previously made ADRs. And I'd be surprised if they held back enough slots on just the right dates.

If it will be the same price as the JB Alive Dining Package, OOP is a value because you could walk out with a $20 savings per person on food plus the show ticket.

Now with DDP everyone has to decide what is a value. For me personally, most Disney's "Signature" 2 credit meals are not worth the credits or the prices. When I eat at them while I have DDP, I usually pay OOP, saving credits for when I get a better value.

Agree with one exception -- Tiffins seems to be an easy to get ADR even at the last minute. Might be room there...

Yes, if that's not booking up in advance, it would be a good way to move those open spots. But Tusker House? I really doubt it.

I believe it was showing up on the HUB but yes, never materialized.

My sister really wants to do AK at night, so that's definitely in our plans - good to know about the Tiffins package - she wants to try Tiffins and Nomads too, so should be an easy sell! Hopefully it all won't be a mystery by then...

You'll have to figure out what works best for you but Tiffins was beyond excellent!

DS was watching the DVR of BLACKISH at WDW ............. he yells for me to come look ............................ WOW, talk about creative liberties at Soarin' ........... lots of many wrong shots, big commercial for VIP Tours and FP+. Kids upset they don't want to wait in any lines and the visual warning that there will be parents that are raving lunatics yelling at their kids (that part is true).

And all the footage of ROL Theater including middle of the day queued Standby Line with 25 minute wait time as if it is going in to some attraction. Then a long line down steps that looked like inside the theater ... to no where.

I can't wait to watch the whole thing and hear all the RUMORS it will start.

I watched the Blackish episode too - sign me up for a VIP tour! They certainly made good use of their park hoppers - they were like *magical* park hoppers!


Okay, first off topic question... are park hours/extra magic parks still changing fairly late in the game like they were last spring?

Going with my sister who hasn't been in like 17 years - she's practically a born again newbie! The one thing she really wants to do is rope drop or a PPO breakfast at MK. It's not about the rides so much, it's more about the atmosphere for her! It's going to be a crowded week for sure. Rope drop will be fairly easy for us - no kids and we're both early birds. But I'm wondering if I should even bother to try and get a PPO breakfast - last time they just switched the days really close to our trip and I'm thinking that would probably happen again. Thoughts? Insights?

They sure are! Just about every day in October was switched to an 8 am open at MK last week!
