I've been watching this thread for quite a while, but I had finally had to create an account to comment. I appreciate how good natured everyone has been and the blog comments are hilarious! I added 1900 Park Fare to our trip after reading all of your comments, so thank you all for your advice!
Oh my goodness FloatingBear, I think you'd have a hoot with the Mad Hatter. He's incredibly funny, and so boisterous that you'll hear the his comedy several tables away. It's Breakfast AND a show!
Pictures of progress, I'll post better ones I took with my camera but for now these are from my phone.
Thanks, has your husband heard anything new about his cancelled PREVIEW ticket?

yep you did post that...(no you aren't losing your mind...Gosh I'm sorry, I thought I'd already posted! His preview tickets were cancelled "due to scheduling issues" or something like that. So DH told me to book a dining package instead. Because it's not like I've been trying to do that FOR WEEKS NOW!
I have images of @KateP85 trying to book a dining package on her phone from the delivery room.Another day of no information...makes me just think that this whole thing may be a figment of our imagination![]()
Still a lot more work to be done?Tiffins, I doubt this will open April 22nd, for some reason I couldn't post the phone pic but got ones with the camera, will post tonight
Off topic - opinion on CRT. My DD is 5 and HATES having her hair done so we will not be doing BBB. It really would be an epic disaster. Instead, I plan to bring a tiara and dress her up in a short fancy dress sometime before our dinner at CRT. Our MK days are long and I don't want her to be hot and uncomfortable. I had seen months ago that there was an engravable glass slipper you could order and have delivered at the table. It seems that has been changed into some super pricey packages including a bunch of other things like a tiara and princess sash. Can you still do the slipper only or would it be better to go to the Arribas store and get one there (I see that there's a small one)? I guess what I'm asking is do parents typically splurge on these extras at CRT?
We've done the glass slipper. As far as I know it's available stand alone or in a package. It was when we did it.
For the record, it's the same exact glass slipper (as far as I know they get them from the same place) that is sold in the kiosk in Germany. Same place sells tiara's too.
They also have a chocolate slipper dessert.
There's a special event email. I'd just email them and ask what they have now.
When we did CRT last year I was able to get the tiara without purchasing the rest of the package. At the time (almost exactly a year ago), the slipper was also offered separately for $65 plus tax and gratuity - but you'll want to check with WDW.CRT.Special.Events@disney.com for the latest prices (you e-mail them directly to add the package or individual item(s) to your CRT reservation).
You're making 1 big assumption that I'm not sure I'd make right now.Just going back to the Fp+ for EP, we were planning on going twice once for opening and once in the evening for illuminations. We normally go straight to TT and FP+ soarin but now there will also be A&E and FEA. We currently have an ADR for akershus at 9.45 but there is still availability at 10.35. How best would we be doing it all? I thought if we got there for opening and DH and DS go to TT, I pop to get a rider switch and take both DD's straight to the A&E or to FEA (would ride be quickest queue?). We could then Fp+ soarin as we're doing future work that day then the next time when we go in the evening we could Fp+ whatever of the frozen things we didn't queue for. Two things I was thinking though, if I stop to get rider switch queue may be too big by the time we get to Norway (2 year old doesn't do queuing well!), also we may not be out by 9.45 for our arkeshus reservation so I may need to move that back. I could probably ditch TT rider switch if needs be as although older daughter likes it she would prefer frozen.
To be honest I'm even wondering if on our water park day as they don't open until 10 whether it's worth booking one of the EP Fp+ then and dashing in just to do that before going on to water park. 4 amazing things in tier 1, nightmare!
