Does anyone else have trouble with this app? We are booked. Yesterday I entered my name, DOB and reservation number. The only thing it says is "it's already linked" but when I hit okay, it just takes me right back to the same screen to enter my info again. There are no other options. Help!

When is your cruise? I had issues similar to that, and then at some pre-determined date it suddenly popped up with all sorts of information on menus/daily planners/ship maps/etc. Royal's IT department is special.

I firmly believe that Royal's IT department does not believe in Beta Testing. Or testing full stop.

We are a year away. Maybe that's why? I can log into the site and see my reservation. The app is just so weird.

Which app and which ship? Some ships still use the Royal IQ app, and I believe only works when we are on board. The new Royal app is being rolled out to more ships. I don’t believe they are meant to be used until you are onboard.

My husband had issues and he had to remove it and re load it, now it works fine. Apparently there was an update (when they added the chat feature)and for some reason it messed up the app on his phone. You may want to try that.
