I think Apple customer service sucks. I had a fraudulent charge of $49.99 on my itunes account. I found out after I received an email stating I had purchased Ninjas live 800 honor points. I emailed them on Monday and still had no response. I have called for 3 days and the wait time was so long, I had to disconnect and call later to find they are closed. I get ahold of someone today after being on hold about 20 minutes and she keeps repeating to email them with the problem and they will get back to me in 24 hours. I told her they had not and she just kept repeating it. I need this resolved.
A friends daughter downloaded a free app called tap pet hotel only to be billed $1100 the following day for gifts her 7 year old DD purchased, which were thought to be virtual gifts. She said one gift was $99.
Luckily, I do not have my credit card on file with itunes, just the itunes card, which had $50 on it.
Just got another email saying there was a purchase for Ninjas live for $4.99 for 60 honor points. Emailing Apple is like wading through concrete.
