Lately I have noticed more and more customer service issues with many different companies.
Today it is UPS, I have 5 orders with 5 tracking numbers and am not getting text updates for any of them even though I opted in and filled out my number one by one, this has worked for years but today nothing works. Not sure if it is my stuff or a UPS thing
