We just bought an annual pass because we are coming for 4 days next week and 2 weeks over the summer. For the four days next week, I was planning on doing Animal Kingdom, Hollywood, and two days of Magic Kingdom. Epcot is my favorite, but we will go there a lot this summer. I thought I had everything planned out. However, my daughter's biggest wish for the trip is to meet the fairy rosetta. I didn't think that was a possibility, but I heard someone mention she is at the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival? Is that true? When and where is she? We will be there March 11-14, but March 13 is the day that would be easiest to switch to Epcot for us. That would be awesome for us if we could meet her, although changing my plans is a pain. Does anyone have any information on Rosetta being available to meet? I don't know anything about this festival at all. Thanks so much!

Kennythepirate usually has the best info on all character M&Gs. He had the F&G times guide on his blog. It gives the times for all the Epcot characters. Rosetta was not listed.

Rosetta (Vidia, Terence, & Tink) made daily appearances at Epcot in spring 2011, which overlapped with the F&G, but technically wasn't related. That was their home during the downtime between Toon Town closing and Nook opening. After that spring, they continued to appear randomly throughout Epcot, but not frequently. However, as of last summer, fairy friends stopped making any appearances. Sorry!

Oh well. It was worth a try. :-) And I was all for her wanting to trade magic kingdom for epcot. Now that Tink has moved to Town Square Theatre she only meets by herself not with another fairy right?

That's correct. No fairy friends are with her.
