Room Requests

Hi, we will be staying at the poly in May next year, we only have a garden view room booked, but I was wondering what location we should ask for? I think I read that a pool view is the same as a garden view? Is that right?? If so, I think it would be good to look over the volcano pool if possible.

Plus, we are from England and have booked through an agent - are we still allowed to ring up reservations and request a certain location? If so, who do we ring and when should we do so?

you need to go through your agent - if you want a pool view ask for one. no guaranteeds.

yes, pool views are the same category as a garden view. The different categories are: garden, lagoon, magic kindom.

Oh ok Thanks - Thats interesting about lagoon or Magic Kingdom view - My travel agent only offers lagoon view and I was tempted to upgrade - but presumably that wouldn't give me a view of the fireworks anyway??
