hi
Anyone got any ideas on which room to request for my trip in 11 days time

want somewhere quiet ish , as have little ones, and not to long walk as have old dad with us !

Have any been re furbished lately, what have you stayed in ???

thanks xx

Make those your requests, not a specific room. To get high on your request list, you should make those requests when making the reservation. You aren't supposed to fax in room requests ahead at DVC.

The quietest standards view are at the end of the long hallway...less traffic passing by and I think the best views!

....which are also the longest walk, which was another part of the OP request.

As pointed out, DVC requests should be made at the time of the reservation. You can still request upon arrival, but even requests made 11 months in advance are not guaranteed. Just don't want to set anyone up for disappointment, or worse a stressful check-in for both the guest and the desk clerk.

Now im not one to dis Disney ...i love the place So Not going into to much detail but basically we had some trouble at Disney with my Autistic Son and have been told they are going to make our vacation extra special for us and sprinkled with pixie dust..... :wizard: (there words ...) and i had an email from the person dealing with all this and asking if we had any particular requests, so i guess they will honour them, thats why i was asking, as we havent been to stay before only look round i was unsure and wanted to get a good room, a room number would be great ...lol

thanks for the replys x

I want to preface this by stating that I have never stayed at BWV, but I have some printouts of room numbers with notations next to them. I'll give you what I have:
2125/2127 - 1 door to stairs - overlooks pond at end of building
4008/4010 - far from elevators - view of swan/dolphin canal
4077/4079 - near elevators -
4113/4115 - near elevators - great Illuminations view;bus stop
5077/5079 - near elevators - partial Illuminations view

I hope this helps. Its all the info I have on 2BR. If you recieve one of these room, please post after your trip to see how accurate the list is. Thanks and have a great vacation.:)

Mikeandkarla,

Do you happen to know if any of those rooms are handicapped accessible?
