room requests, better to go through UK or US

we booked our holiday through disney travel company uk.
i want to add a room request to our reservation. does it make a difference whether i do this through the disney travel company uk, or phoning through to the US (I have my US res number).

I would say US because that is all the UK will do, they will ring too!

We added concierge to our booking and the UK had to ring to request it and get a price.

I would also say it will take longer as you have to wait etc if you call UK line
