I noticed that after I called Central Reservations to request a room preference (as well as an allergy deep clean), the online check-in room request disappeared from the reservation in MDE. Does anyone know if this is normal? Should I re-request in MDE or will this override the phone request? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
