room request @ CP Grand Villas

Was wondering if you can make room request and if so where should we request?
We have older children and would like a room with easy pool access. Any suggestions?

You can make a request. I found Cypress Pointe to be very good about giving me what I asked for.

We were there in December (3 units), and they met our requests.

I would ask for ground floor units in one of the buildings closest to the pool. The buildings at CPGV encircle the pool, activity building, deli/store playground, mini golf, etc. It's a fairly intimate (not cramped), contained area. We really liked it

I'd also ask for one of the units on the pool side of the building (as opposed to the parking lot side).

You're going to love how accessible everything is. If you want to go over to the volcano pool, it's not more than a 5 minute walk to it.

Just so you know, odd-number suites at CPGV have windows facing the outside of the complex (with views of parking areas & surrounding properties). Even-number suites have windows facing the the pool, playground and mini golf area.

Also the buildings on that side are lettered versus numbered. When we were there a year or so ago building G was the newest building at that time and probably still is
