Hello,
I received a room offer code by email yesterday and it falls over the time frame of a trip I have booked right now. I booked with a different sale but this code still offers some savings. About $50. Not much to write home about but still nice.
But there is also additional savings written in the offer about additional park days and I'm having difficulty applying it or I'm doing something wrong.
Here is what the offer says:
Plus, when you upgrade to a room and ticket package that includes a minimum 5-day theme park tickets with the Park Hopper Option or Park Hopper Plus Option, you get one more day added to the ticket day, FREE.
When I go to update my reservation or simulate a new reservation when I have 5 day ticket selected the park hopper option is not there. It literally disappears off the page. When I switch to 6 days it reappears and I can select it, but I am still seeing the price for the 6th day added to the ticket.
I'm assuming this means if I select 5 days they will give me 6, if I select 6 they will give me 7. But the promo says I can do it with 5 day minimum, which is what I would like to do and get the 6th day free. I can't figure out why it wont let me do that.
I know many of you are experts so I figured I would ask here before giving them a call since I wont be able to do that until later this afternoon.
