Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can use cash, or travelers checks to put money on my ticket/room key. Last time I went I put my credit card on it, but this time I want to avoid that. Thanks a bunch

Yes, you can.

You can also use a credit card as your "deposit", and then actually pay off the bill in cash/travellers checks at check-out. That would keep you from having to hand over wads of cash in advance, and keep you from hitting your self-imposed credit limit if something unexpected came up.

We have always left Travelers Cheques with the front desk as the charge for our card on every trip.
