Being at RPR, can you charge on your room all purchases made in the Parks? Including fast food? what about Citywalk?

Yes, you can get charging privledges on your room key. You can use your key at every food place except for carts.

You have to put a credit card on file when you check in to be able to have charging priveleges on your room key.

If you dont want to do the CC retainer you can also leave cash in your account to use for room key charging.

You can also use your RPR room key/card to charge meals and purchases at the other two hotels.
