Hi Everyone!
My fiancé and I will be getting married next summer (July 10th, 2014) at GF. We just got our info from our consultant about room blocks but her email says she will be out of the office until Monday and our info is due on Wednesday.
If anyone can help that would be great!
What is the average room block you'd have for 100 guests, 90% out of state? We don't know who is coming/how long/if anyone would share.
If we chose 25 room nights for the block and we need more, how are they added, can they be added?
If we have those who want to use DVC, CM, AAA, etc. discounts, how is that applied? Would that go towards the 25 room nights and how when those might be different resorts?
When you have to estimate how many rooms you need per day/per resort what happens if you don't meet the numbers you assign for those resorts/days?
We were thinking 4 resorts: Pop, CSR, WL, and GF but is there a disadvantage in choosing 4 and not 3?
What happens if we don't choose like POR and a family member would like to stay there, can they if the discount is available?
Because of the 60 day notification to drop rooms, when would you send out invitations?
Our consultant assured us that the room block info is hard to read over and figure out so I hope someone on here can help clarify our questions!!
Thanks!!!
