I'm sure this has been asked before, but has this (or will it) have any effect on DL and DCA?

Nope. Anaheim has its own power source, I have found out, and the blackouts will not affect Disneyland or DCA...not to worry!

The above answer is absolutely correct--the governor has also stated that amusement parks would not be affected by the power shutdowns! Come on over and have fun!
