Strollers are necessary for people with small children. Rolling backpacks aren't necessary. I don't really care about them since I haven't seen many in the parks since most people carry BACKpacks on their backs. (And to preface what I am about to say I do not aim this at anyone in particular, don't want to start a flame throwing contest but hope I can just express my opinion honestly without starting one ok friends?) I try to teach my kids that rules are in place for a reason. It doesn't mean you have to like it. It seems that no matter WHAT the issue there are always those who think that the rules don't apply to them. No, reusing your mug from last year won't hurt anyone other than make the mug prices go up when enough do it. Sure I can squeeze 6 people in my room at Pop but there are fire codes that say it isn't safe to do. An extra family hopping to the Poly pool shouldn't be any sweat off anyone's back right? Except the lifeguards when it's not just ONE extra family. Rolling backpacks aren't "evil possessions" or anything
but apparently they have caused some problems in the parks or they wouldn't have the policy against them. I'm sure DW doesn't make rules to tick people off and they obviously aren't making money off of this rule so they must have a reason for it right?
