I'm here, but going to bed. The Big Guy and myself have been sick all day. There is some virus going around that is really kicking northeast Ohio. There have been several schools that have closed for a few days because of this "illness". I just knock on wood that Makenzie or Garry don't get it. It is like having food poisoning, but not as bad. At least I haven't thrown up but I can't say the same for the Big Guy. I feel bad for him because he got sick late last night on his birthday. Hopefully it is only a 24 hour thing (I can ONLY HOPE!!!!!!). I'll be on more tomorrow (oh, I mean today) IF I am feeling better. Take care all! Sorry I missed you Bonnie. We'll try again later.

Sorry to hear the Big Guy and you are sick. It is going around NJ also. A friend of mine had it and someone at work was out yesterday with it. It lasts 24 hours. And it is a doozy!

We have a ton of snow this morning!! Unfortunately it looks like So NJ will get it worse than PA and the CEO lives in PA so I imagine work is still open. YUK! to quote Sandy!

Well, it was another frigid night at work. By some miracle, I've been able to keep from getting sick through this whole cold spell, but....... I think my dearest Julie has given me her bug.

Worked Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday so I just haven't had an opportunity to even try to get on the computer. I must live right since I don't have to drive into work this morning. My curtains are open & I am looking at about eight inches of snow!

I have no idea how the computer let me on this morning but I am sooooooo HAPPY I tried to catch up but only managed to read the last two pages.

Joyce's Dad is ill. He became very disoriented & she is very concerned about him so (not that she ever posted) you really won't be hearing from her.

My son made it through his first week at the Police Academy & all schools & colleges are closed EXCEPT for the Academy so he drove my Jeep this AM with the four wheel drive.

CONGRATS: Cody. I am already a "Wolf". A Jeanne Wolf.
Darren: I am so excited for you!

We DO need a Reunion before 2004. Someone pick a week or weekend & let's all get together. If you give us a little notice - THE DUDETTES are there. Well maybe - I'm not too sure about that Dudette #1 anymore!

Good Friday Morning Everyone!!

Me a "Lurker"??? No way!!!

I took yesterday off of work and the girls stayed home from
school. I get one snow day a year so I decided to take it yesterday. The roads wer a little better in the afternoon so the girls and I had a fun "Girls Day" we went to lunch and went to see "Just Married" Now today I am back to work.

Either Oct 16 Eastern or Oct 23 Western is ok with me. I hope it all works out for us. If we have the date planned those who want to book now can and those who want to wait can also!!

Which one will it be??????

I'm glad we were spared this time from the snow. Sorry for you guys getting it now. I'm ready for spring and the last thing I want to see is more snow.

Jeanne and Bonnie - Please let Joyce know our thoughts and prayers are with her and her Dad.

Not much going on here today. I have the day off from work and I have been spending it with Turner. We went to visit his old school and have lunch with some friends.

He has his first hockey game of the winter season tonight and his team is the Bruins this time. He's still playing goalie and loves it. After his game, we are going to a local game so I won't be back on til tomorrow.

Jeanne, please, tell Joyce that Ted's and my thoughts and prayers are with her and her dad. It is never fun when a parent gets sick! So happy that you were able to get on. It is kind of weird because just last night Ted wrote down the instructions for clearing the cookies to send to you. I called him for dinner and then he never sent them to you.

It sounds as if everyone is taking a day or two off now. The weather and sickness must be hitting everyone. We are having a sunny day. The street outside my house is still snowpacked but the main roads are sloppy. My poor Suburban has never been so dirty!

Is it too early for anyone to make the reunion plans? I know that Julie, Barb and I would like to start planning but are we being selfish because of the rest of you? If we do make plans, who's in? Barb said the 16th or the 23rd. Laurie said the 23rd or the 30th for them. How about the 23rd and then we can grab those two families? But that makes it the Western and not all wants to go on the Western. Does that leave anyone out? Gosh, this is so hard! We would go Eastern if it is better for more of you. We like the days at sea, too. We just can't do it the first week of Oct. 2004.

Busy day. Cleaning, shopping, cooking, laundry, cooking, entertaining. I am tired just thinking about it. It is time to go make my ham balls. Maybe wine after the friends go home to help me relax. I always get so wound up that I can't fall asleep.

Nighty night. Won't be back on for awhile. Tomorrow is my haircut appt. and Ted and SIL (soon) are laying the tile for the backsplash in my kitchen. Love you Bonnie for that!!!!!!!!!!

Jeanne-if you look at the posts who suggested an earlier reunion? Was it not Dudette # 1? So what do you mean you don't know about Dudette #1? It is Dudette # 3 that I wouldn't count on to make it!

I will cruise whatever week is decided upon. We will have to see what happens by 2004! Many lives may change...you think like that when you get to my age!!! LOL!

Roads were bad this morning but are pretty clear this evening. Not too bad. Ton of snow though!

Just checking in. The Big Guy has pretty much gotten this bug licked! YEAH!!!! Me, I'll be fine. Still not feeling 100%, but I will survive. I'm sure that by tomorrow I will be feeling back to normal, or as normal as I can get.

Denine and Jerry have a GREAT time tonight! Saturday night with no children can be wonderful!

Just wanted to drop in & say "Good Morning" Plenty of snow on the ground but the roads are clear in New Jersey. Getting cabin fever so I am planning on being out of the house today.

Jeanne you beat me!! I slept in a bit today-unusual for me.

Party tonight so I may take a bit of a nap. This is a party that I have to force myself to go to. Ever feel like you don't belong with a group of people? It is my good friend that I have known for 37 years but a true yuppy....Trys too hard to impress the others at the party...too many rhinestones who think they're Hope diamonds. Am I making sense? LOL!

I hope all have a good weekend. I will be scrapbooking, hopefully painting the ceilings...if I can get motivated! LOL!

Good morning

We have had a really nice snow...I think there is about 5 inches in the backyard..

Bonnie, Susan and Sandy...my new Creative Memories catalogs came yesterday so will get them in the mail to you. They are the nicest ones I have seen yet and have some page layout ideas in it. Was there anyone else I was suppose to send one too?

Bonnie, why don't you give up on your ceiling? I don't think your heart is in it...lol

Hi everyone! The guys are hard at work on my kitchen. Ted didn't believe me when I told him it has been two years but he needed a receipt and now he saw it for himself!!!!!

Happy to hear that Julie and the Big Guy are getting better!

The snow was welcome but they said that we need 80 more inches to get the state back to where it needs to be in the reservoirs. Wow, that is a lot. No more in the predictions. Shoot.
