I agree Denine...very quiet! I just happened to be by the computer when you posted and I got the email notification. TEE HEE!
Wow 7&7 that reminds me of my mom!!

Favorite drink: Cosmopolitan!!!

Back to work for me!

OK , OK, I AM HERE!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I was away from the boards for a couple of days. Just plain busy running here, there, and everywhere!! Tis the season!! Kristen has her Christmas concert today a church, and John, of course is working like a maniac!!

We got the tree put up and tomorrow night the task is to try to decorate it ALONE!!! Somehow all of the "help" here isn't always helpful!! Just wait Denine!!

I am glad to have the Dudettes back. It sounds like your trip was a success!! I loved the postcard!!

Krista -- it sounds like you have lots of recipes to share. I am glad that your dinner was a hit!!

Have a great night everyone!!! Oh , by the way Darren, we stayed at the Radisson at the port and will definitely stay there again. It was great and they shuttled us to and from the ship!!

More tomorrow.......

Hi everyone! We went to the Browns game and were disappointed AGAIN! Oh well, next year!
Been buzy trying to do last minute Christmas stuff. I will post more later and maybe some clipart!

Glad to see that you are feeling better Susan!

Krista, those dishes sound yummy! Care to share?

Glad to see you Laurie! I know it is crunch time here too!

I got more compliments from you all than the attendees and My Husband.

Really, I appreciate all of your sweet and empathetic comments.

Hmmmm...Favorite drink. A grey goose martini, up with extra olives, not dirty though, you get bad looks with that order. Or, a good glass of red wine.

Denine: Too funny, 7&7 was my drink in the early years, but found out the hard way I was allergic to Seagrams 7. Dancing on the tables might limit my invitations places, and increase the invitations to the wrong places.

We have a really cute "Jack Frosty"(clare's words) up in our yard. I bought one of those inflatable snowmen from Target and it is the hit of the neighborhood. See, we didn't even have to put up lights to be IN!

Just thought I would say hello, add to the posts and keep the good ol' posters company.

Glad everyone is doing well.
Krista
PS I WANT TO OPEN MY PRESENT!!!!!

Well back to work!!!!! UGH! And I still have soooo much to do. Whay did I sell back those vacation days!

Julie: I love the night before Christmas and the clipart! Great job.

Krista-I found a GREAT red wine. Ernest and Julio Gallo, Cabernet Sauvignon (SP) 1998 or 97 I think. absolutely delicious. I'll have to get the whole name for you. Woody flavor to it but wonderful! Unfortunaetly not cheap.

Sue: Back to work for you also! That must really be hard. I hope you feel even better today. Does this mean you are here with me this morning?

My package arrived today! Yeah!!! I followed directions and the bigger part is now in the freezer.... Ohhh, am I curious.

Thanks for the postcard Bonnie. Seeing you all dolled up in your fancy raingear  I wasn't as jealous. I guess if you have to be drenched, you might as well be drenched at Epcot, huh?

Mixed drinks? Hum, I need to be in rare form to want anything other than wine or good beer, but I still like a White Russian now and them. It's like the comfort food of the drink world. Oh wait, that would be a Hot Apple Pie or Hot Toddie. OK, a White Russian is the cold comfort drink. I just have to keep in mind that the caffeine in the Kahlua will keep me up, which is better than having a drink at a gathering and curling up to go nigh-night.:p

Nice 'Twas the night before Christmas, Julie.

Good morning everyone. White Russian for me, too. Since finding the bushwacker, it might now be a tie. Never "grew up". Can't do the adult drinks like 7&7. Has to be a sissy drink.

Let us know how you did at work today, Susan. It will be a hard week for you.

Laurie came out of lurking status again. I didn't remember you staying at the Radisson, too. Why didn't we meet up? It seems like Krista (?) or someone else was there, too. The hotel was nice but seeing the ship is way overrated!!

With Krista's comment about wanting to open her present makes me think that she was a peeker in her younger years. Can we trust you with this gift or do we have to ask Dave to hide it?

I know that there was more that I was going to respond to on the other page. Guess I need to take notes. Oh well.

Great story, Julie.

Sandy-- Sorry we missed you at the Radisson. We actually stayed there on Thurs & Fri night before the cruise since we spent Friday at Kennedy Space Center. We got the 1 bedroom suite for $99/night and they shuttled us to and from the ship AND we got to leave our van there rather than paying for parking at the port. So, for us it really worked out. Kristen also loved the pool.

Because I am a chicken and hate to fly :( we are always stuck with a car down there........

Oh right.......favorite drink........sometimes absolut and tonic......or brandy manhattan.......gotta love a white russian though.....sometimes a hot and spicy bloody mary.........

Do I need a 12 step program??????

I almost had a CATastrophe this morning. I woke up to find that Ollie had puked under the tree, again. Unfortunately, some of it got on my unopened DIS gift. If it was too bad, I would have just had to have opened it early :) At least he didn't puke on anything I am giving away. The medicine he takes for his asthma upsets his tummy. I have to stop giving it to him twice a day for now.

Kaleigh is finally napping. It is one of those days. It took her 1 hour to finish half her bottle this morning.

I need to go chop pecans for cookies.

I have not peeked at my gift, contrary to popular belief.LOL

Darren: Got the card. Your writing is so nice. clare loved it and has it in her room.

Funny how all of the Disney cards are in her room.

Dudettes: All 3 of you, thank you for the postcard, hence the above note, it is in Clare's room.

Denine: A CATastrophe, I love it. Well, not the puking, but the pun.

Just checking in on a slow day.

Is it Friday yet?
Krista

Still trying to get out my Christmas cards!

Jaymee is back from state and is fianally able to slow down!
Maybe she will get better now.

Jason is home for Christmas. I have lots of activities planned.

And my tooth is history. I survived through the tooth pulling. Hope I don't have to go through it again:teeth:

I am sooo excited to book our first Disney trip using DVC when will the paper work come??

Thinking of Jeopardy...The answer is "What did Jeffery Damler's mother say when she received a Christmas gift from her son?"

I know, I know...but I had to!

Dreams Unlimited haven't got back to me yet, but I checked the Disney Cruise Line site last night and again today and the low catagory 11 price has dissapeared and now the lowest price on there is $2041 for a catagory 12. I also checked Expedia cruises and it's the same on there. I know there where staterooms available on Saturday, and I'm hoping so much I haven't missed out now I've finally got my mind set on going i'll be so disappointed if I don't get it!

I'm just hoping Dreams can still find a stateroom for me at that price. Luckly I've been following the prices for the last few weeks and it has happend before (the availabilty dissapears but then the next day it's back again) so I'm hoping things will change tomorrow.

Krista - Great to hear my card arrived safely!!!
