I have the box of 24 bubble bottles on my kitchen counter. I don't want to forget them. We can pass them out then rather than waiting for sail away. Getting ready to party!!!!!

WooHoo!!! PARTY!!!! :grouphug:

I hope we have great sunny weather so we can enjoy! Last cruise I took bubbles for my family, and it was a blast! Thanks so much Sue! :goodvibes

I'm hoping to be there... We normally watch from our balcony as we set sail.. We can watch the Dolphins as we sail away.. Has anyone else seen at least 1 dolphin when you leave port ?? I am always the one jumping up and down and yelling.. I see a dolphin I see a dolphin.. I make enough noise so everyone above on the open decks turn around and look.. at me first of course for acting like an idiot and then at the dolphins :rotfl:

I have seen the dolphins in the past. I'll tell you a funny story about me and dolphins sometime (unless DH tells it first, it is one of his FAVORITE stories to tell people).

On our first cruise there was a pelican in flight that looked like it was escorting the ship. :hyper: Being a Jersey Girl that had been transplanted to Delaware, I had never seen anything like that before. Oh, they may be around up east, but I had never seen one doing that. Anyway, DH says "Wow, isn't Disney amazing how they can get those robots to look so life like?" OK, so I was having a blonde moment :cutie: and I was so in awe of the Mickey boat :lovestruc that I believed him. Till I saw that smirk on his face...OK, VEERY FUNNY WISE GUY!! :rotfl2:

No DOCS here yet....and I have to get ready for work now... :guilty:

In our group of 60, about half have gotten the DOCS

DH told me on my way home from work last night that we got something from Disney in the mail. So, I got all excited thinking it was the DOCS.....NOPE, was a bill from DVC... :rotfl2:

Sue, your's and mine must be on the slow truck :rotfl:

My UPS guy knows we are waiting for tix. I just don't remember if the TA uses UPS. My sis likes roulette so we are definately going to the Atlantis casino in Nassau. I had thought about just staying on the ship but she is fun to travel with and I don't want to miss the action. My Mom and our friend Fran, both seniors, don't want to tender in GC. So the 4 of us younger seniors are going to 7 mile beach. We will probably just get a taxi at the pier. On CC we will go for a bike ride. Saving $$$ on shore excursions this trip.

I could use some WARM bright sunny days about now. :sunny: I guess I'll just have to wait a little longer

Okay, DD10 is all set up with her own e-mail account, knows about the cruise and is ready to start e-mailing with girls going on the trip. She's even got her e-mail address book set up with a few names already. Now she just needs to find a way to get on the computer. ;-)

I read earlier about passes to ride the new Everest rollercoaster. Does that have to be used in conjunction with a ticket into the park that day, or can we just go in, try the ride and leave? We're DVC members and this is the first I've heard of the passes.

Still working on potty training DD soon to be 3. :scared:

:hyper: Okay, it's time to batten down the hatches and really get started on this cruise. Has anyone done the Old Town Trolley tour in Key West? I just got back from Savannah and we rode the Old Town Trolley tour there. I thought it was a neat way to see the area and I really like the on/off option where we can explore anything we see that's really neat while on the tour. Does anyone know if it goes near the Pirate Soul Museum? I tried looking at the map on the website and it's actually a map from the Conch Train tour. :rotfl2:

Any other not to miss tours/excurions anyone want to recommend. We will have a 3 year old with us and we're planning to stick together  on the excursion, so I know we're limited quite a bit. We might :confused3 decide to do an excursion for older ages if it's definately a not to be missed item.

Thanks!

Kim
20 days to go! :hyper:

Hi, everyone! I'm late in finding this thread, but we're also cruising on January 28th and I just wanted to say hello! We're cruising for my mom's b-day and retirement, along with her DH, my sis and BIL and their 2 kids, and my DH, me and our 9 month old daughter.

This is our first cruise and we're SO excited! We've started planning a few things to do at port but with a 9 month old, we've learned that we can't plan too much!

Anyway, I'll look over the past posts to see who else will be going. We're getting so excited to get there!

I just noticed that there are posts here from Centreville, VA; Gainesville, VA; Manassas, and also Maryland. We are also from Centreville! What a very small world! The Washington, DC, Area will be well represented!

Our docs came today!!

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Hope the rest of yours came to or do very soon! :wizard:
