How is everyone doing? I still have to make my FE. I can't wait to be able to really plan excursions. The only one that is non disney is Stuart Cove-snorkeling and that is the only thing.
DD11 wants to feed stingrays again. We are waiting for SouthWest to announce the October fares as well.
And have to do door signs.

Hi Everyone.
We are finally set for this cruise. We had booked it earlier, but wanted to make sure the $99 bounceback would be applied.

O.K. as an introduction, it is me, Bob and my wife Lee.
I do almost all the posting. Sometimes too much.

We just finished a 7 day western cruise on the Magic. This will be our second 3 day cruise and our 11th cruise overall.

We plan on doing a few days at WDW before this cruise, taking in the Wine and Cheese Festival and the Mickey's Not So Scarey.

I have read thru this thread and are looking forward to this cruise and meeting everyone.

Yay!! We booked ours today!! Can't wait until 10/29!! We were on the 4 night Wonder cruise on 3/22-26. It was awesome. We were waiting for the $99 BB to rebook for this cruise. It will be me DH (Dan) and myself. We are in for FE's too. I'll be using the one I made for our latest cruise. It was a blast!! We met some really great people on our last cruise and DIS boards.

Okay...I've just finished reading the posts for this board. Our last cruise, the boards did not start filling up until about a month or so before our cruise. This one is cool because we have plenty of time to chat and get to know one another.

Our last cruise we had 15 participating in the FE's. I packed all of our clothes in one suit case, had a hanging bag for formal and dinner attire, and used one suit case for FE stuff. It was cool to have the empty suit case when we came back to put all of the stuff we bought in and our FE gifts. We got some really cool stuff. A mid-Sept cut off works for us too. We just kind of go with the flow and are up for whatever. There will be 2 of us...DH (Dan) and myself (Mandy).

With 13 pages of posts to go through, I am trying to remember everything to put in this post, but I'm drawing a blank. I am not sure of our cabin # yet. DH has it some place and I will post it as soon as I find it.

If I forgot something, just holler at me and I will fill in the blanks.

Oh, for our DIS Boards meet on our 3/22 cruise, we met on deck 10 aft just after the boat drill and just before the Sail Away party. We all wore flower leis to help identify each other. It was really cool. Those of us that didn't have small kids that didn't want to dance down by the stage just kind of hung out on deck 10 and watched to party from above. That's just a suggestion, like I said, we are up for anything.

We are planning on driving down to Port Canaveral on Wednesday night and staying at the Radisson and leaving our car there and taking their shuttle to the port Thursday morning. I hope to get the earliest shuttle (10:00 or 10:30) and be at port early to get an early boarding #!!

Can't wait to meet and chat with everyone...if I've given too much info, sorry...just really excited!!

Will the Pirate's Night Party end up on Halloween?

Looking forward to the Hallowonder Cruise

Looking at previous 3 night cruises, it looks like Pirate Night Party is Nassau day, so if that is the case it will fall on Friday 10/30. I don't know if they will do it on the 31st since this is a Halloween cruise, but I sort of doubt it because the Pirate festivities can go on pretty late, and everyone has to have their luggage out by your door by 11:00pm on the last night. It would be cool if they did though. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

How does the time change work on Sunday? Will the ships clocks go back an hour giving us an extra hour to sleep on disembarkation day? That would be awesome! Otherwise it will just be an extra hour in the airport.

I read in a trip report that whenever time changes the ship changes to match, whether it was due to spring/fall change or time zone change. So, I would assume that would mean we get the extra hour. I am not sure though.

Count us in for the cruise and the FE exchange! My boyfriend (DBF?) and I will be in 6612. This is our 3rd DCL sailing. Halloween has never looked so fun!

After we booked, I tried my hand at some designs for theme ideas listed in previous posts. The uploaded file is very low-res, since there are a number of ideas included. High-res versions can be uploaded if there's any interest. Let me know what you think... good or bad.

Not checked in for a while, everytime I come back we have more and more people!!
I looooooooove the Spooky Sailing orange and black image, it's great, although I think I still prefer the name Hallowonder....

Has everyone decided what excursions or activites they're interested in yet? I'm still looking for recommendations as a newbie.

And are there any foods that are must tries? Last year we went to WDW on the free DDP and really got into all the Disney restaurants and foods, and the cruise is our only shot at "free dining" this time round, so we want to make the most of it!
