ROFR with small contracts

Has Disney historically exercised ROFR with small contracts often ( say 100 points or 50 points)? Or is it really only with 150 and up that they snatch it up?

I attempted resale twice this summer. A 50 VWL was purchased by Disney, but my 80 point BWV got past ROFR. That's the only history I know!

Are you looking at adding on or is this an origional purchase? I have heard rumor that Disney is starting to look more closely at small first time purchasers. I purchased 60 points at OKW and it went through without a problem. That has been over a year ago now before the huge number of ROFR in December and January. Remember closing costs of a small contract are about $350 and are usually paid by the buyer.

I am thinking about adding on sometime in the future. Also interested to know if someone else I know could begin with a small contract.
