Im actually stalking the aggregator looking for a contract in my UY and noticed that one immediately after it was listed. I’m proud of my self restraint as I really don’t want two UYs

I'm not sure what the lag time is on the aggregators--but it's noticeable. If you're "stalking," you might first check / bookmark one or two broker's pages as you'll likely have a half hour or so to make an offer before others see it on one of the aggregator sites. As for last night, that the best price for CCV all hear would be on the site it was one was nowhere on my bingo card at all. So that strategy wouldn't have helped me at all yesterday--plus I'd have to wade through endless dumped Aulani contracts, on Haloween night, to find it.

I really was willing to take on a third UY. I had all the mental gymnastics going to convince myself it was ok to buy lol.

I never really understand some seller's mentality or if the brokers actually guide them. I mean there are people listing Poly in the 200s when you can buy it almost cheaper direct and then the opposite end of the spectrum where CCV is priced like some OKWs. Even if the seller needed immediate cash, which is understandable, I think 120 or 125 could've gotten the same result...an immediate sale.

It made sense it would be getting there (and lower). I feel like Poly $140 pp was not uncommon before they went on sale...

Now they are increasing supply of Poly points.

Why is there $1862 difference? $156x110=$17,160. I was certainly tempted to bid but wanted to see if this was gonna go at full price. $225 admin fee which leaves $1862-225=$1637 in closing???

I included the estimated 25 dues as I am expected to pay them at closing if it closes in December (so I’ve been told). Seller is covering 24 dues on the banked points

$130s I think will be the floor, below will be Jimmy g unicorn status. $140s prob will be widespread. Poly may not hold $150s, with more contracts potentially flooding the market when dues are announced next week or week after it could be time for poly resale buyers to re-bid low low low prices. This has been my plan/hope all along. We backed out on a smaller point one in the $140s back in the Spring (which probably would've been ROFR'd at that time anyway) and I've been kicking myself a bit ever since.

The board sponsor estimates between $78-$97pp…. yes for subsidized….

Interesting, they aren't following their own guidelines based on a new listing. But it could just be a seller who doesnt want to budge on price and not taking their advice.
